Well played everybody! What a day. Great effort, commitment and energy in this weather

Thank you to you all for coming to training and to those selected to play.

We created lots of attacks and so many goal opportunities. Unlucky with a couple of the results in the last couple of games.

Today we were strong in defence, at times movement of the ball and goals saved. Impressive game play and see practice in game play
When we are in possession we need to develop receiving and ball carrying with intensity
When out of possession think about positioning and movement. To be in a position to be able to assist team defence. Marking and to deny the opposition receiving the ball. There were good interceptions and putting pressure on the ball carrier.

All players are improving individually and as a team. Love the team spirit and support for each other
